Distance Sales Contract

1. Definitions

Product/Service: Refers to the item(s) or service(s) being sold and agreed upon by the Seller and Buyer.

Price: Refers to the total amount payable by the Buyer for the Product/Service, inclusive of all taxes and fees, as specified in the Order Confirmation.

Order Confirmation: Refers to the document or email sent by the Seller confirming the details of the Buyer's order, including the Product/Service, Price, Payment Method, and Delivery Information.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the Product/Service described in the Order Confirmation to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay the Price according to the Payment Method specified in the Order Confirmation.

3. Price and Payment Terms

The Price of the Product/Service is as specified in the Order Confirmation. Payment shall be made by the Buyer using the Payment Method selected during the checkout process.

The Buyer agrees to pay the Price in full at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the parties.

4. Delivery

The Seller shall deliver the Product/Service to the address provided by the Buyer in the Order Confirmation. Delivery shall be made within the timeframe specified in the Order Confirmation, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Cancellation and Refund

The Buyer has the right to cancel the order and return the Product/Service within 14 days from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of their decision to cancel.

If the Buyer cancels the order within the specified period, the Seller shall refund the Price paid by the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned Product/Service, minus any applicable return shipping costs or restocking fees.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

8. Signatures

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
