At Shiny Tourism, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best service. However, there may be situations where changes or cancellations to travel plans are necessary. Therefore, we present our Refund and Cancellation Policy below:
Cancellation Conditions
1. Booking Cancellation: When you wish to cancel a tour, different conditions apply depending on the cancellation date. Full refund is issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the cancellation date. Cancellations made within 72 hours have the following refund policy:
- 50% refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before.
- 25% refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours or after the tour has started.
2. Tour Modifications: If you wish to change the date or content of a tour, changes can be made based on availability and your request. However, to make changes, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Refund Procedure
1. Payments via Credit Card: If the tour fee was paid by credit card, refunds are generally issued back to the same credit card. However, due to bank processes, it may take 3 to 5 business days for refunds to reflect in the account.
2. Payments via Cash or Bank Transfer: If the tour fee was paid in cash or via bank transfer, refunds are processed via bank transfer. The time for refunds to reflect in the account varies depending on bank processes.
Non-Refundable Situations
Some situations may prevent refunds under specific conditions. Non-refundable situations include:
- If the tour has commenced or been completed.
- If the tour is canceled due to unexpected events such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, etc.
- If the customer violates regulations during the tour or fails to present requested documents.
